OSE believes: “Talent is the core of sustainability, and empowerment is the key to shaping the future!”
For years, OSE has invested in talent empowerment and career education, fulfilling its vision of “Talent Sustainability” and “Local Integration.” By actively connecting industry, government, and academia, we have built an ecosystem for lifelong learning and cross-disciplinary collaboration, embedding sustainability into our corporate culture and strengthening internal capabilities.
Beyond hosting sustainability-related activities and training programs, OSE partnered with the Taiwan Institute for Sustainable Energy (TAISE) in 2025 to launch the “Sustainability Manager Certification Program.” Through systematic course design and hands-on case studies, the program equips participants with global perspectives and professional sustainability management skills. Nearly 60 senior executives and departmental ambassadors successfully earned certification.
To foster local engagement, OSE initiated the “Career Mission with a Suitcase” program in universities and colleges, collaborating with diverse stakeholders to promote career exploration and technical applications. Corporate mentors “step out of the factory and into the classroom” through interactive teaching, career talks, workshops, and company visits, introducing expertise in semiconductors, smart manufacturing, and ESG to education settings. This initiative has delivered over 100 sessions, benefiting nearly 4,000 participants, and has expanded to southern Taiwan and offshore islands. In recent years, the program has extended to high schools, helping youth explore career paths earlier.
OSE’s dedication to sustainability has earned multiple prestigious awards and recognition in 2025:

• Silver Award for SDG08 Employment and Economic Growth at the TSAA Taiwan Sustainability Action Awards (Upgraded ranking).
• Finalist in PwC’s 9th Sustainability Impact Awards.
• 2025 TALENT, in Taiwan.
• Outstanding Enterprise in Occupational Health and Safety Performance Disclosure, recognized by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, Ministry of Labor (MOL).
• Honorable Mention in the 19th Golden Safety Award for Excellence in Promoting Occupational Safety and Health Engineering, presented by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, Ministry of Labor (MOL).
Looking ahead, OSE pledges to continue advancing sustainability, governance and talent development. Sustainability is not just about building systems—it must become part of our corporate DNA and daily actions. As ESG expectations rise globally and among stakeholders, we will remain true to our principle of “Integrity and Sustainability” and steadily move toward the next milestone in sustainable transformation.
